Tom’s history and background:
Tom, who has been working in the fitness realm for the past 15 years, is a training enthusiast. He’s no stranger to hard work, and is dedicated to putting in the effort to do what needs to be done, ensuring that he - and every client that he works with - is able to get to where they want to be.
Having always been into sports, Tom has been training for the past 15 years, and spent much of his youth playing semi-professional football.

When it comes to working with clients, Tom is able to offer support and guidance that’s custom-made to fit each individual. Having been heavily into his fitness and sports, Tom understands how much commitment, time and dedication is needed to meet your fitness goals.
